{drink up: good for you smoothies}

Like everyone else, every once and awhile I get the urge to press the restart button when it comes to my eating habits. You can get all caught up in life and forget about the basics, like what you’re putting into your body. I guess living on your own can be seen as a plus in this case because you don’t have to worry about anyone but yourself – but I actually find it more difficult for the exact same reason. Because I don’t have to make meals with/for anyone else, it’s very easy to just take the easy route.

I’m a breakfast lover and things just aren’t right if I don’t eat in the morning. During the week, I love a good, hearty & healthy shake in the morning. They are quick and a great way to start your day right…..if you make them healthy! I like to add products like Grass Fed Whey Protein and fruit into my shakes, since I know how important they both are for the body. I want to stay healthy! I’ve gotten bored with my usual recipes so I found a bunch more that not only sound delicious but they all serve a function to keep your body healthy. You can add pretty much anything to a smoothie, and I’ve found that add supplements only makes them more nutritional. I’ve been experimenting with all kinds of supplements like celery seed extract to make sure my body is getting the vitamins and minerals it needs. I have friends who also enjoy taking vitamin c liposomal products in order to provide their body with a health boost. I haven’t been having these juices for long but I can already feel a difference. I feel much more awake and ready for the day! Who says fresh starts have to start on Mondays?! Smoothies such as this one are ideal for providing antioxidants, something that CBD oils in the UK are also purchased for by those looking for the health boost.
