I attended my first official fashion show last night. I worked on some graphics for a participating brand and was lucky enough to score two tickets to a show at the 2013 World MasterCard Fashion week. I chose the Joe Fresh show. Not only are they Canadian but I love that they’ve taken affordable fashion to the runway.

The colour palette was almost exclusively black and white and the them was Parisian chic mixed with rock’n roll. Quite the combo. So cute black head scarves, stripes & patterns alternating with metal studs and biker pants. All the models also had short black wigs on.

Believe it or not, the whole thing was only 14 minutes! It’s crazy to think that so much time, effort, planning, & media goes into 14 minutes.
Overall a great experience and I look forward to seeing the line in stores this fall. I have my eye on the sheer polka dot blouse.
