Who doesn’t love a good home decor DIY. I have a few of my own coming up soon. But there’s definitely something separating the amateurs from the pro DIYers. Here’s a round up of some first class home DIY projects. The “did you seriously do that yourself?!” type of DIY’s. It’s time to give your space a little refresh. Be inspired this weekend! There are so many step by step guides out there these days that it’s a wonder that we still hire people to make things for us! The beauty of DIY decor is that it often looks the same, if not better, than what you can buy in the shops whilst saving yourself money in the meantime. You don’t have to be an artist to be able to create some stunning pieces either! I tend to have a fondness for my DIY projects, even more so than decor items I have bought. I think it has to do with an aspect of accomplishment when I complete the project. If you are DIY savvy and looking for something a little more complex, a friend recently made a neon sign (clever, right?!). She got the instructions from somewhere like Neon Mama and the outcome is great; it looks like she spent loads of money on it! It just goes to show that really can achieve anything that you put your mind to.
