Oh man do I have something hot and delicious to share with you today and it’s not a new crop of Bachlorette contestants. It’s better. It’s a served-outta-the-oven hot caramelized onion bacon dip recipe full of gooey gruyere cheese. Add some fresh bread and my fave Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay and you’re done.
This dip is the reason to invite people over so that you can selfishly enjoy it too. It has all the main food groups – cheese, bread, bacon and wine. Did I miss something? It does take a bit of time to cook the onions and bacon and then pop it in the oven but it’s easy. You can pop by the Kendall-Jackson Wines blog for the full hot caramelized onion bacon dip recipe then go and invite some pals over for a cozy & fun night in this weekend.
